This is the explanation of the project: Truth That Will Set You Free; Sixty-Eight Confessions of the Possessions of a Saint.

1. Listen to the confession for the day.
2. Consider the truth of the confession.
3. Write down the confession for that day and carry it with you.
4. Claim and appropriate each confession adding one every day for sixty-eight days.
5. Repeat the process to keep these truths fresh in your spirit in keeping with Ephesians 4:23.
