Let’s have some fun. What would you do with the following dilemma?

There is a known problem. More than 5 million people currently have the problem in one stage or another. The problem is not currently manifesting itself in those you want to help. The statistics say 50% of your friends and loved ones will fall victim to this problem if they live long enough; it is only a matter of time.

The remedy you have is free, has no side effects, and plenty of benefits. However, because the looming problem is not apparent at this time, the preventative steps are of little interest. What would you do?
